The American Chef Association (ACA) is a groundbreaking nonprofit set to redefine the culinary scene by providing comprehensive support to cooks, line chefs, and sous chefs looking to grow their skills to become head chefs.
"By supporting aspiring chefs, we enrich not only the culinary industry but also contribute to the overall cultural fabric of the United States,” ACA executive director Katherine McHugh says. “Our movement creates opportunities for individuals to explore, develop, and maximize their talents in the culinary arts by fostering creativity, innovation, and professional excellence."
